This kitchen was replaced so as to make the property more attractive when put on the market. The house sold very quickly.

In this instance a new kitchen was fitted into a room where no plumbing was installed. The chimney breast was opened up so that the cooker could be recessed.

This bathroom was completely gutted, the floor included!

This house was given a fresh look with PVCU cladding, and since the wood was replaced it is now maintenance free!

Before this house could be painted, much of the timber had to be replaced.
